How much do VIP Days cost?
VIP Day pricing starts at $1,997 for a single intensive day where we tackle your most pressing business needs in one focused session. I also offer a Two-Day VIP Package for $3,994 and a Complete Launch Implementation package for $5,497 (which saves you $494 and includes 30 days of ongoing support!).
For clients who need consistent monthly support, my Monthly VIP Day package is just $1,597/month, saving you 20% compared to booking individual days. This is an option when you commit to monthly VIP Days for 6 months at a minimum.
What platforms and tools do you work with?
I specialize in Flodesk for email marketing (it's my favorite!), but I also work with HoneyBook, Slack, Google Drive, Shopify, ManyChat, Klaviyo, ThriveCart, Active Campaign, Podia, Kajabi, Squarespace, WIX, ShowIt, and various other platforms. One of my superpowers is being able to jump into almost any tech stack and figure it out quickly. If I don't know the answer right away, I'll contact customer support FOR you (because I know you hate doing that 😉).
Do you only work with female entrepreneurs?
While I primarily serve female-owned small businesses, I'm open to working with any entrepreneur who values done-for-you implementation over DIY solutions. My ideal clients are established service-based business owners who are overwhelmed by tasks outside their expertise and are ready to invest in professional support.
What's included in a VIP Day?
Each VIP Day runs from 8 AM to 4 PM EST and includes a pre-VIP strategy call to map out our game plan, 8 hours of focused implementation work, Slack communication throughout the day, and post-VIP follow-up support. You'll also receive detailed documentation and tutorial videos (when needed) so you can maintain the systems we set up together.
Can you help with launches?
Absolutely! Launch support is one of my specialties. I handle everything from writing compelling email sequences to setting up your cart system, tech stack configuration, and troubleshooting during launch week. You focus on connecting with your audience and delivering value while I handle the backend details that make or break a launch.
How quickly can we get started?
I typically have limited availability each month (I only take on a select number of clients to ensure personalized attention). The best way to get started is to book a free discovery call so we can chat about your needs and see if we're a good fit. From there, we can usually get you scheduled within 2-4 weeks depending on current openings.
What if I need ongoing support instead of just one VIP Day?
That's exactly what my Monthly VIP Day package is for! For $1,597/month, you get a guaranteed day on my calendar every single month, plus access to me via Slack Monday through Friday for quick questions. This option is perfect for business owners who need consistent marketing support, regular website updates, and someone who knows their business inside and out.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I require a 50% deposit to hold your date, and start pre-work on my end, then your final 50% is due on your VIP Day.
Payment plans are available for multi-day VIP packages. We can discuss the details during your discovery call to find an option that works with your budget.
What's your refund policy?
Because VIP Days involve dedicated time blocked specifically for your business, I require a 50% deposit up front to hold your VIP Day, and the final 50% is due on your VIP Day. If an emergency arises or you need to reschedule for some reason, I do require a 7 day notice to reschedule, and you must reschedule within 90 days of your initial VIP Day or you forfeit your deposit.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Can you still help me?
Yes! In fact, that's exactly who I love working with. You don't need to understand the tech at all, that's my job. I'll handle the setup, integration, and troubleshooting, and I'll create easy-to-follow documentation so you can manage things moving forward (or we can continue working together monthly if you prefer ongoing support!).
